1960 - Start of glued truss production
1986 - Expansion of NV Korlam's facilities in Wevelgem
1992 - Acquisition of Sud Charpentes Lamcol
1998 - Acquisition of Korlam
2000 - New factory and offices in Moorslede
2010 - CFE takes majority stake in Group Terryn
2014 - Acquisition of Arcos Houtconstructies Nederland
2015 - Introduction of CLT through BuildinX
2016 - Group Terryn becomes wholly owned by CFE
2018 - Korlam, Lamcol, BuildinX merge into Laminated Timber Solutions
2025 - VT Invest Construction Group takes over full production of timber trusses from CFE. The historic name Korlam is once again restored to its former glory.

VT-Invest Construction Group is a holding company that controls various real-estate development and construction-related production companies. The holding company is managed by Rita, Dirk, and Lorenzo Van Tornhaut.
The holding company that includes Korlam acquires shareholdings, provides management services and financial support, and advises on all aspects of business management. To do so, it relies on multiple specialists who provide strategic guidance and support to the management of its subsidiaries.
The group employs approximately 480 people and generates an annual consolidated turnover of about 200 million euros.
