Preliminary study

We collaborate actively to find the best construction methods and to optimise material use, and determine the feasibility of your design.

Engineering
Our in-house engineering team translates the architectural design into a detailed and meticulously calculated construction case. We handle structural calculations, the development of all connections, and complete preparation for production.
By integrating engineering and production under one roof, we avoid miscommunication and save valuable time.
Production
All timber construction elements are crafted in our own production hall, where we conduct stringent quality checks. Whether it's glued laminated timber, Lignatur elements, or Kielsteg components, each part is precisely custom-made according to your project requirements. Bespoke solutions come as standard.
Transport
After production, Korlam ensures that the elements are transported to the site. We carefully schedule deliveries according to the construction timeline, ensuring that the right elements are available at the right time.
This requires a high level of logistical precision, especially for large or complex constructions on a strict schedule.
Assembly
Our own assembly teams ensure that the construction is expertly and safely installed on site. We have years of experience in assembling load-bearing structures made of timber, hence our work is quick and efficient.

After-sales service
