Our Certificates & Quality Assurance
CE Marking
With our CE certificate (1161-CPR-1954), we guarantee that our glued laminated timber (Glulam) fully complies with the harmonised European standard EN 14080:2013 for load-bearing timber structures. For every construction project, this provides you with the assurance of demonstrable mechanical strength, stiffness, fire safety and durable, high-quality bonding.
KOMO Quality Declaration
Our KOMO product certificate (31344/26) provides independent quality assurance for both the finished product and our entire bonding process (in accordance with BRL 1701 and BRL 3201). This ensures that our timber fully meets the requirements of the Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving (Bbl), enabling fast and hassle-free acceptance on the construction site while avoiding additional inspection costs.
FSC® Chain of Custody
Through our FSC certificate (WB-COC-001956 / Licence FSC-C154101), Korlam B.V. monitors the entire supply chain of timber sourced from sustainably and ecologically managed forests. By choosing our FSC-certified timber, you directly contribute to responsible forest management and can easily meet high sustainability requirements in projects such as BREEAM or LEED.
PEFC™ Chain of Custody
With our PEFC certification (WOODBE-PEFC-COC-001955 / Licence PEFC/07-32-404), we guarantee a 100% controlled and traceable supply chain for timber sourced from forests managed in an environmentally and socially responsible manner. This provides you with the necessary evidence and assurance to meet the strictest sustainability and environmental requirements in public and private tenders.
Declarations of Performance (DoP)
Through our official Declarations of Performance (Declaration of Performance), we provide full transparency regarding the essential characteristics and performance levels of our products. For both our Standard Glued Laminated Timber (Glulam) and Block-Glued Laminated Timber (Block-Glued Glulam), the Declarations of Performance are prepared in accordance with the European Construction Products Regulation (CPR) and linked to the EN 14080:2013 standard. This provides you with the legally required documentation, in which technical properties — such as strength class, reaction to fire and bonding quality — are formally documented for your project file.
