Lignatur

Lignatur

Lignatur offers high-quality prefabricated timber solutions for roof and floor structures where structural performance is combined with acoustic comfort and architectural quality.

Lignatur

Lignatur is a system of prefabricated flat and box elements made of timber, which has been leading in high-quality timber construction for decades. The elements are made of solid wood and can be custom-produced, including integrated openings for pipes, ventilation ducts, and technical installations.

What distinguishes Lignatur from other timber floor systems is the combination of construction performance (strength, rigidity, fire resistance) with great architectural freedom. The wooden underside of a Lignatur floor is directly visible and finish-ready. No false ceiling is required, meaning that saving space and using materials smartly go hand in hand.

Applications of Lignatur: Apartment and office buildings, healthcare and educational buildings, representative public buildings, renovation of existing structures with intermediate floors made of timber.

Advantages of Lignatur: Short installation time thanks to prefabrication. Integrated technical openings reduce coordination issues on-site. Excellent acoustic and thermal performance. Visible timber ceiling as an aesthetic finishing element. High fire resistance.

CLT or Cross Laminated Timber

CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) is an innovative solid timber construction material composed of several layers of timber lamellae bonded and compressed at right angles to each other. This gives the panels exceptional strength in two directions, making them suitable as load-bearing wall and floor elements in solid wood construction.
